As part of our Minny Stynker R and D, we are offering a workshop series for schools, libraries and healthcare settings
Using collage, doodles and creative games, we will design and create our own imaginary friend character and bring them to life using our Augmented Reality App, created alongside Zubr Curio, and funded by The Arts Council of England and The Space.
The workshop is led by Tomasin Cuthbert, Artistic Director of Soap Soup Theatre, a multi-disciplinary specialising in Visual Problem solving and World Building for Theatre and Narrative, as well as Illustration, Set and Costume Design, Puppetry and performance. The workshop encourages children to get create without having to be ‘good’ at drawing. It can be tailored to serve different ages and levels.
All the children that take part will be able to bring their imaginary friend to life and take it on adventures using the App. Parents and organisations can download the App for free from The App store and Google Play.
Please email soapsouptheatrecompany@gmail.com to book a workshop or talk more about how we can share the Minny Stynker Experience with the families you serve.
